MIX is a project of the KFKI Research Institute for Particle and Nuclear Physics, Budapest, Hungary primarily for scientists, students, manufacturers, involved in Mössbauer spectroscopy and other nuclear solid state methods. The project dates back to 1992. MIX is available on-line at this site since September 1996. A major electronic forum of this Community is the MIX-Bulletin, (earlier: DISCUSS) an information and discussion journal with over 300 subscribers from 34 countries all over the world.
