LOR2006: Registration and Accomodation

 Registration Fee

The registration fee is 145 euro, which also covers lunches during the meeting and the conference dinner.

It can be paid upon arrival by cash. Note that we can accept only Euro or Hungarian Forint in cash (the equivalent of the registration fee in Hungarian currency is 38 000 HUF). It is also possible to pay in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

 

 Accomodation

        Hotel Agro  (Budapest, Normafa út 54) will serve as accomodation for the participants.

        The hotel price for the participants of the Symposium is 40 euro for a single room and 60 euro for a double room.

        The accomodation fee is to be payed directly to Hotel Agro.

        There are several  other possibilities for those wishing to find alternative hotel accomodation.   Note however

         that the conference site is located somewhat off the city centre and is most conveniently reached from Hotel Agro.

Please indicate your arrival and departure dates and whether you would like to present a talk.

The final deadline for registration is 21 April, 2006, but early registration is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

on account of the limited number of places.
