Eleven young researcher positions, at the Pre-doc and Post-Doc level, are presently available in 6 european countries. The research is essentially devoted to Materials science : crystal growth, epitaxy, device engineering, material characterization, numerical modeling, device and set-up integration. Eligible candidates should be European Union or associated state citizen (ass. states : Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.
