We are seeking people to join us in a significant initiative aimed at the construction of a quantum computer in silicon. This initiative is funded by the Australian Research Council under its Special Research Centre Scheme. Position Number Y0008716: A new position in applications of scanning probe microscopy to construction of a solid state quantum computer. Position Number Y0008718: A new position in applications of ion implantation to construction of a solid state quantum computer. Position Number Y0008717: A new position in the theory of the solid state quantum computer. A futher position is available to work on the development of the group's nuclear microprobe system for performing ion beam analysis with focused MeV ion beams: Position Number Y0008762: A new position in the development of the next generation nuclear microprobe system.
