This new software has been extended to ERDA data, and can now handle multiple spectra of the same sample self-consistently. These spectra can be any combination of RBS, ERDA, different beams, different beam energies, or different geometries. Plural scattering corrections can be introduced. Non-Rutherford cross-sections can be input by the user. The program uses the Simulated Annealing global optimisation algorithm, and is fully automatic, with no input from the user except for the data and the experimental conditions. Version 1.0 (single spectrum He RBS only, demonstrated at IBA13 and ECAART5, announced in ION Friday, 31 October 1997 Vol. 97 : Num. 007) is now freely available for test and evaluation purposes. Version 2.1 is available subject to agreement.
