The school will start with a registration from 9:00 to 10:00 on December 8, 2003 in the Dept. Theoretical Physics, 3rd floor, Building III at the KFKI Campus, Budapest XII, Konkoly-Thege M. u. 29-33. The talks will be held at KFKI, Building III, 2nd floor ( Tanácsterem) on Monday, Tuesday and Wendesday. On Monday evening, we shall have a small welcome party at the same location. On Thursday morning, we will move to the ELTE University, where we shall spend a day. The lectures will be in room -1.63 (one floor below the ground floor). The Ortvay Colloquium of ELTE will be given by A. Bialas as part of the programme of the school, it will be held in hall 1.68 of ELTE. Prof. Z. Szókefalvi, the director of KFKI RMKI agreed to open the School and Prof. Á. Kiss, the head of the Department of Atomic Physics of ELTE University will greet the participants on Thursday.
