This codex contains the four gospels illustrated with portraits of the evangelists, one decorated page, and the introductory page to Matthew's gospel (on folio 6, shown here). The decoration contains several oriental elements (Turkish and Persian motifs). The main characteristics of the codex is the well-readable calligraphic text.
