This page is from a Psalter with the Gloss (or commentary) of Gilbert de la Porrée. The initial on this page declares: 'Ioh(ann)es me fecit Rogerio' ('John made me for Roger'). The manuscript was made at Reading Abbey, and it may have been commissioned by Roger, abbot of Reading 1158-64.
